5th General Assembly RUE Project
The fifthGeneral Assembly of the RUE project has been held at the Centro Nacional de Microelectrónica (IMB-CNM-CSIC) on January 16-17, 2013.
The RUE research consortium have met in Bellaterra (Barcelona), in order to review the activities that the 9 research groups have been taken up to month 36, to prepare the mid-term revision meeting with the Consolider Team (March – April 2013) and to have the Deliverables, up to month 36, completed and revised. Furthermore, to propose new activities, sinergies, etc. for the coming years.

21st European Workshop on Heterostructure Technology
The 21st European Workshop on Heterostructure Technology (www.hetech2012.org) has been held at the Casa Convalescència (UAB) on November 5-7, 2012.
CSIC-CNM and ISOM-UPM organized the Workshop in Sant Antoni Mª Claret, 171 (08041, Barcelona), which is intended to bring together young scientists, engineers and post graduate students along with experienced researchers and industry representatives, working in the field of compound semiconductors and other heterogeneous technologies focusing on materials and devices for electronics, optoelectronics and sensing.

4th General Assembly RUE Project
The fourth General Assembly of the RUE project has been held at the Centro de Electrónica Industrial (CEI-UPM) on October 24-25, 2011.
The RUE research consortium have met in Madrid, in order to review the activities that the 9 research groups have been taken during the last year, and to discuss about some management / administrative issues in order to advance the Technical Justification of the present year. Furthermore, the consortium has discussed about the commercial devices for each research line of the WP3.

3rd General Assembly RUE Project
The third General Assembly of the RUE project has been held at the Centro Nacional de Microelectrónica (IMB-CNM-CSIC) on July 15-16, 2010.
The RUE research consortium have met in Bellaterra (Barcelona), in order to discuss and plan the SiC / GaN process technology, the packaging and thermal management, the type of converters, the SiC-based power applications and the impact of WBG devices on power systems that will be held during the entire life project.

2nd General Assembly RUE Project
The second General Assembly of the RUE project has been held at the Centro Nacional de Microelectrónica (IMB-CNM-CSIC) on March 05, 2010.
The RUE research consortium have met in Bellaterra (Barcelona), in order to discuss and plan the State-of-the-Art of the Devices and Converters, and the output and planning for the 6 Demonstrators for the following 12-18 months.
